Here are a couple events I thought might be of interest to the
community! As always, if you have any questions, e-mail me anytime at
info@... (do not reply to me through Yahoo--I do not
check that mail often). These and other events are listed on my web
page at

By popular demand, Sharon will be teaching another Bhangra Fusion
Improv workshop on Monday, December 18th. This workshop has been the
hit of the tribal belly dance community, garnering kudos galore as one
of the best workshops of 2005's Tribal Fest and Tribal Quest
Northwest, and will soon be taught at the 3rd Coast Tribal Festival in
Houston, TX!

The last workshop in Spring of this year sold out in just a week!
You're gonna want to sign up fast for this one! As an added bonus,
Sharon's class Holiday Party will be Friday the 22nd (see below), with
Bhangra tunes thrown in for us to jam to. Come learn the dance that
has everyone bouncing to the beat and begging for more!

$25 pre-register, $30 at the door

BELLYDANCERS' HOLIDAY PARTY
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22nd
6:30-9:30pm
Phinney Neighborhood Center
6532 Phinney Ave N, Room 7

This event just gets bigger and more exciting every year! We bust out
the snacks, turn down the lights, turn up the stereo, and boogie the
night away together. It's a great excuse to glam-up in costume, or
just come in whatever makes you feel like dancin'!

This is a potluck event, so please bring a snack or drink to share.
If your dish requires utensils, please bring a small supply. We will
provide cups, plates, and napkins. Alcohol is "officially" not
allowed, so please keep that in mind.

Everyone is welcome: friends, family & well-behaved little ones!
Bellydancers of any style, no matter who they study with or what they
study, will feel welcomed and appreciated here. This is not a "just
Sharon's class" or "only tribal dancers" gathering--this is a
community event to bring us together and celebrate this festive season!

For those who attend the Bhangra workshop on the 18th, we will be
throwing a few Bhangra tunes into the dance mix so you can jam with
your newfound skills!

We can always use volunteers for set-up and break-down. Please contact
Sharon if you are willing to help out! info@...

Hope to see you there!
